Are you ready to step up and lead? Commercial Credit Services is seeking a driven and experienced **Leader** to guide and inspire our high-performing collections team in Blacktown.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of collection agents to meet and exceed performance targets
- Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture
- Monitor daily performance and provide feedback, support, and development opportunities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategies and improve processes
- Own the role—bring your ideas, drive change, and take the team where it needs to be

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in debt collection
- Leadership or 2IC experience, with a desire to step into a formal leadership role
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to lead by example
- Commitment to compliance, professionalism, and continuous improvement
