The Role:
Be the first point of contact for sophisticated investors exploring high-growth asset classes
Conduct outbound calls and book qualified appointments for our senior specialist team
Build trust and rapport with clients across cryptocurrency, shares, private equity and property
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and exceed daily/weekly KPIs
Thrive in a dynamic, high-performance sales culture that rewards consistency, drive, and integrity
Who We're Looking For:
Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting (minimum 2 years)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, self-motivated, resilient, and coachable
Reasonable understanding (or genuine passion to learn) about cryptocurrency, blockchain, and financial markets
Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto is highly regarded
Ambitious enough to aim for $130,000+ OTE and skilled enough to achieve it.
