Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Leads will be supplied to you. Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted outbound calls and email communications.
  • Contact and Communication: Make outbound calls and emails to potential clients, presenting the company's products or services and explaining how they benefit the client.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings between sales representatives and potential clients, ensuring availability and logistics are coordinated.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and appointments in the CRM system
  • Lead Qualification: Determine the potential client's needs and interests to ensure the sales team focuses on qualified leads.
  • Follow-up and Relationship Building: Follow up with leads after initial contact and nurture relationships to build trust and increase the likelihood of scheduling appointments.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the operations manager, providing updates on leads and ensuring a seamless handover of information.
  • Culture and Values: Maintain UPcoach's high standards of customer service and business ethics. Embody and promote UPcoach's company culture and values.
