Role Overview

As the Appointment Setter at Indigenous Wealth, you will be the first point of contact for new leads, ensuring every enquiry is handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency. Your primary responsibility is to qualify potential clients and schedule meetings for our sales consultants, ensuring only quality leads progress through the pipeline.

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone beginning their career in sales or client engagement. This is more than just a sales role – it's an opportunity to transform lives and contribute to a powerful mission of Aboriginal empowerment through wealth creation.

This is an identified position for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage is required for this role.


Responsibilities
  • Call in-bound leads and book appointments for the Sales team
  • Achieve and exceed performance metrics and KPIs
  • Make outbound calls and send SMS messages to leads
  • Accurately log all call outcomes in Hubspot, our CRM
  • Confirm client meetings 24 hours prior (phone call + update calendar)
  • Reschedule cancelled meetings and notify the assigned Sales Consultant via email
  • Send post-meeting confirmation messages (logistics, reminders)
  • Support referral communications, such as sending factsheets and links to unqualified leads
  • Verify whether clients attended meetings by reviewing Sales Consultant notes in Hubspot

  • Organised and detail-oriented (especially with CRM systems like Hubspot)

  • Committed to upholding the mission and values of Indigenous Wealth in every interaction
Preferred Experience
  • Telesales, sales, or finance experience is preferred but not essential
  • Enthusiasm to learn and commitment to the role are most important
