The role
We're looking for a motivated appointment setter to join our team. Your role is simple: talk to warm leads who've shown interest in starting a business, qualify them with a short script, and book them into a call with our founder.
What you'll do
• Reach out to leads (via phone, text, DM & social media)
• Ask a few short qualifying questions to make sure they're serious
• Book qualified leads directly into our calendar
• Follow up to confirm they show up for the call
What we're looking for
• Hungry, self-motivated personality
• Excellent communicator (friendly but confident)
• Organised — you follow through and don't let leads slip away
• Comfortable working commission-based (high earning potential)
What you get
• 5% on every sale from your booking
• Work remotely, flexible hours
• Clear script + training provided (you just need to follow the process)
This is not a spammy cold-calling role — you'll be speaking with people who have already enquired about starting an online business.
