What will you do?

  • Sell the benefits of our products and services to existing and lapsed customers using phone, email, and SMS.
  • Maintain marketing database.
  • Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers.
  • Deliver awesome service.

What do you need to apply?

  • Outbound sales experience or field sales experience.
  • A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a great phone manner.
  • The drive to meet and exceed your set KPIs.
  • Resilience and the ability to have challenging conversations and overcome objections.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Technical aptitude.
  • Confidence and a positive attitude.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What might help your application stand out?

  • Phone-based sales experience, ideally in from an industrial or manufacturing background (welding/metal finishing background ideal).
  • Previous experience exceeding targets/KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve with customers.
