Our Enterprise Desk Extension service offers in-house legal teams a flexible, technology-enabled solution to scale their legal capabilities efficiently. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking highly skilled technical sales professionals to join our Growth team and drive the adoption of our Desk Extension solution across enterprise clients.
**The Opportunity**
In this technical sales role, you will be responsible for educating and advising enterprise clients on how LegalVision’s Desk Extension solution can integrate with and enhance their existing legal operations. You will engage with heads of legal, general counsel, CFOs, COOs, and other decision-makers to understand their legal workflows, compliance challenges, and contract management needs, positioning LegalVision’s technology-enabled solutions as the optimal answer to their business challenges.
This is a consultative, solution-based sales role requiring deep knowledge of legal operations, legal process automation, contract lifecycle management, and enterprise compliance frameworks. Your ability to translate complex legal service offerings into scalable, technology-backed solutions will be essential to driving sales success.
You will be responsible for proactively identifying enterprise sales opportunities, managing outbound sales campaigns, and securing high-value engagements with corporate legal teams. Working closely with our Legal, Sales, and Product teams, you will ensure a seamless sales-to-service transition and contribute to the development of tailored enterprise legal solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- 1. Technical Sales & Business Development_
- Consult with legal teams to understand their operational challenges, workflow inefficiencies, and compliance needs, recommending our Desk Extension solution as a tailored fit.
- Deliver detailed presentations and demonstrations of LegalVision’s Desk Extension service, showcasing how it integrates with and enhances existing legal workflows.
- Understand and articulate the impact of legal tech solutions on contract lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Build relationships with senior legal professionals (General Counsel, Heads of Legal, COOs, CFOs) to drive enterprise adoption.
- 2. Legal Industry & Product Expertise_
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of LegalVision’s Desk Extension product, legal process automation, contract management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Stay informed about enterprise legal tech trends, industry best practices, and competitive offerings to position LegalVision as the market leader.
- Advise clients on the integration of Desk Extension services within their existing legal technology stack (e.g., CLM, document automation, e-signature solutions).
- 3. Pipeline Management & Sales Strategy_
- Assess the legal and compliance needs of enterprise clients and determine fit for LegalVision’s solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales performance metrics, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified, high-value enterprise leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and sales progress in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide ongoing insights into client challenges, industry trends, and competitive positioning to inform product and service development.
- 4. Collaboration & Thought Leadership_
- Work closely with Business Development Managers, Lawyers, and Product Teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of legal services.
- Support Marketing in organizing and attending industry roundtables, legal tech conferences, and enterprise networking events.
- Provide feedback to the Product Team on market needs, helping to refine and enhance LegalVision’s Desk Extension service.
- At least 12 months’ work experience in a technical sales or enterprise sales role, preferably in legal services, SaaS, or B2B professional services.
- At least a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Familiarity with enterprise legal workflows, contract management, regulatory compliance, and legal technology solutions.
- Ability to assess complex legal operations and recommend tailored technology-enabled legal solutions.
- Confident engaging with senior legal and business stakeholders (GCs, COOs, CFOs) and presenting high-value legal solutions.
- Motivated by sales targets and commission incentives, with a track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and legal tech solutions (e.g., CLM, document automation).
- Adaptable & Strategic: Able to pivot strategies based on market conditions, client needs, and evolving legal service models.
