You will:
- Grow with the team.
Join a collaborative, high-performing GTM sales team and learn quickly. - Own the top of funnel.
Build qualified pipeline across AU / UK / US / IN / SG by tracking workplace projects and surfacing buying triggers. - Map stakeholders & enrich contacts.
Identify decision makers and enrich records with accurate emails and phone numbers. - Create high-quality outbound.
Draft personalised cold emails and sequences (use AI tools for first pass), A/B test subject lines and messaging by persona/region, and hand off polished sequences to the sales team. - Execute & optimise sequences.
Own sequence management, monitor performance, iterate for conversion, and keep CRM data pristine. - Support sales ops.
Prepare quotes/POs, raise invoices, assist first-pass tender and security questionnaire responses, and keep templates/playbooks up to date.
About you:
- Strong writing, research and editing skills - you can personalise outreach at scale while keeping copy crisp and engaging.
- Highly organised, methodical and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with prospecting/enrichment tools.
- Experienced using AI tools for research and first-draft copy, and confident editing those outputs to high quality.
- Skilled at sequence management and CRM hygiene.
- Able to collaborate across time zones (occasional early/late blocks for UK / US).
