I&A Accounting is a trusted and growing accounting practice based in Springwood. We pride ourselves on delivering accurate, reliable, and friendly services to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Admin Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both bookkeeping and administrative tasks in a supportive office environment. You will play a key role in managing client records, overseeing day-to-day office operations, and supporting our accountants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping duties including data entry, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate records using Xero and/or MYOB.
  • Assist with BAS, GST, and other compliance tasks.
  • Oversee office administration including client correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
  • Support senior accountants and management as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a bookkeeper and/or office administrator.
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero and/or MYOB (training provided if needed).
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
