**About the role**
Working within a small Finance Team, you will be primarily responsible for day to day and end of month processing. This is heavily skewed towards high volume invoicing and Accounts Payable for a highly success business that is going from strength to strength

**This role is based at their new premises at Eight Mile Plains**

**General duties include**:

- Daily high volume invoice processing for a multi-entity business
- Bookkeeping duties including bank reconciliations, refunds, supplier invoice entry & payment runs
- Assist with month end reporting including P&L review
- Assist with stock management & profitability reporting
- Assist with companywide Activity reporting
- Liaise with external accountants, lawyers and bankers

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in the role you will possess the following
- Tertiary qualified in accounting or related discipline
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A high degree of integrity, honesty, commitment and responsibility
- A can-do attitude with a thirst for knowledge
