The Role

We are searching for an experienced, proactive Property Manager to join our team on a 12 month, Part-time contract (4 days a week). If you're looking for a change of work environment, this might be the role for you. Come join a team that is supportive and productive, but also knows how to have fun

This position is based across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with one regular work from home day each week.

As a property manager you are the bread and butter of our organisation, therefore caring for you whilst you care for our tenants and owners is our priority.

A Day In the Life

Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders.

We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following:

  • Portfolio consisting of 145 properties
  • Liaise with owners and tenants
  • Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
  • Minimise and maintain rental arrears

The Successful Candidate

  • Industry experience and a passion for Property Management
  • A current Agent's Representative certificate/ Certificate of Registration
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • Magnificent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to build genuine relationships with external and internal clients
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
