We are looking for a passionate customer relations officer to join our team

**About Us**

Australian Bookkeepers Network (ABN) supports Bookkeepers throughout Australia and has been renowned as an innovative industry leader since 2001. ABN provides unique support tools, resources and a network of experts that enable bookkeepers to make well-informed strategic business decisions and stay ahead in their industry and operate successful bookkeeping business's.

**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced full-time Customer Relations Officer to join our team located in Springwood.

Our members are based all around Australia and as the business operates on-line, the majority of sales and member enquiries are generated by phone calls, so the successful applicant must be warm and member focused, with excellent telephone skills. They will also manage the online chat function of the website and run online members training.

There may be opportunities to attend events which will include marketing and promoting at the business trade stand. Previous sales and marketing experience in an online environment is also an advantage.

**Job Duties**
- Answering incoming calls and enquiries from existing members and prospects
- Phone calls to prospective members
- Welcome calls to new members
- Answering any questions from Live Chat
- Call strategy and reporting
- Admin support to team when required
- Ensure all queries are answered and addressed promptly
- Proforma EDM's to members
- Database management

**Required Skills and Attributes**
- Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Have a can do, members come first attitude.
- Be a strategic thinker and add your creative flair to the role
- Is warm, supportive and collaborative in approach to both members and peers
- Builds positive long-term relationships with members, both new and established
- Is comfortable and able to easily network at events.
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be self-motivated, proactive, committed to meet their self-imposed deadlines
- Is able to multi-task and work independently.

Knowledge of the Bookkeeping industry is highly regarded but is not necessary.

Salary commensurate with experience

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
