Ram Care is family-owned Aged Care and Disability Service, caring for you and your family.

We provide services from NDIS and HCP.

We are seeking a committed and diligent accounts assistant on permanant partime basis 3 days aweek. A standard of professionalism, organisation skills and great attention to detail is very essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process prepayments and journal entries
- Update various excel registers
- Examining statements and invoices that come through to the organisation on daily basis.
- Examining expenses submitted by employees
- Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from account payable
- Creating company financial reports with the above information included
- Work closely with Account Manager and assist with General accounts administrative duties as required by senior staff

Desirable and requirements
- Assertive written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and proactive
- Strong administrative mindset
- A head for figures and numbers
- Qualifications: Certificate 3 in accounts, accounts clerical, finance or bookkeeping or be a student working towards an accounting qualification
- Willingness to learn more and ability to think outside the box
- Ability to be multi-tasked, work independently and be self
- motivated
- Mandatory to have National Police Check
