Tasks & responsibilities
- Job scheduling and daily checks of stocks, fleet managing
- Quote follow-ups
- Compliance certificates
- Creation and documentation of processes and procedures
- Customer service - responding to enquiries, notifying of installers arrival time
- Manage social media accounts and google reviews
- Reporting to management daily
- Communicating with and helping 40-50 Installers at any given time
- Managing our own company APP
Qualifications & experience
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an office administrative role
- Be highly organised
- Have excellent customer service skills and phone manner and communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and team members
- Able to work unsupervised and be a self-starter
- Demonstrate a neat and organised approach to work
- Be self-motivated and dedicated to high-quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly sought-after attributes
- Administration experience in construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
