Legal Receptionist (Maternity leave position)

We're looking for a warm and welcoming legal receptionist to support our busy team at Waters Lawyers. As the first point-of-call for many of our new and existing clients, our ideal candidate would share our friendly and caring approach.

The role

· Legal receptionist

· Part Time (Monday-Thursday)

The responsibilities

· Greet clients to the firm

· Carry out a variety of administrative tasks including answering calls, responding to emails and drafting letters

· Arrange meetings for prospective and existing clients using our CRM system

· Filing, scanning and other administrative support

· Monitor and maintain staff amenities (e.g. kitchen and bathroom supplies)

· Assist with the general operations of the firm

We're looking for someone with a positive and proactive attitude that has a high attention to detail, friendly phone manner, and excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will also be competent using computers, have great written and verbal communication skills, and be highly organised. Experience with family law is not essential, however general law office experience and a strong willingness to learn would be favourable.
