**About the role**:
Work alongside the current Receptionist in this busy, fast paced role - right in the heart of the city. You will be meeting & greeting clients and customers into the building and ensuring that they are looked after to a high standard.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support the administrative team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a Corporate Receptionist position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
