Exceptional opportunity for a customer service focussed Front Desk Receptionist/Administrator to join a highly regarded and growing Melbourne Law Firm.
Our client is seeking a self-motivated individual with poise, professionalism and a bright personality to manage the day-to-day duties of this front-of-house role as well as assist with general office coordination and administration.
Apart from meeting and greeting clients, some of your other responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- answer and screen incoming calls and distribute calls/messages
- manage the booking and setting up of meeting rooms
- assist the Practice Manager with basic accounting functions
- manage courier bookings, receive incoming deliveries and distribute mail
- assist with coordinating events
- order stationery and kitchen supplies
- manage and maintain the kitchen area
- assist team members with general administrative tasks including scanning, photocopying, printing and filing
To secure this exciting opportunity you will have previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Administrator in a professional services environment together with;
- well-developed time management skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a positive, pro-active and flexible team attitude
- proficient skills in MS Office
- a friendly, approachable and obliging manner
