**OUR ROLE**:
In this role you will be representing the front of law firm's thriving business and working closely with our friendly legal teams. In brief summary this role includes handling incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, managing various firm-wide calendars, and performing ad hoc clerical support for our legal teams.

We are lucky to work in such a multi-cultural professional services sector. Therefore, a second language is a wonderful advantage to have for this role, but it is not essential. All levels of skills and experience will be considered.

**We are seeking to fill this role immediately**. Salary will be commensurate on experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Legal Assistant or Paralegal: 1 year (preferred)
