eCommerce & CRM Executive - Fashion & Lifestyle Brand

We're seeking a talented and driven eCommerce & CRM Executive to join our fast-growing, innovative fashion brand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing, eCommerce, and customer experience, who wants to accelerate their learning while working alongside leaders in the digital space.

What You'll Do

eCommerce:

  • Work closely with the Global Head of Digital to enhance website capabilities, strategies, and eCommerce innovation.
  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing operations to ensure consistent, inspiring brand presence across all channels, with a focus on new visitor acquisition.
  • Own product enrichment for weekly launches, including descriptions, care instructions, and metadata.
  • Plan and execute website promotions, campaigns, and GTM events.
  • Oversee on-site merchandising strategy across ANZ and international websites.
  • Project manage UX/UI optimisation and website enhancement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure fresh website content aligns with collection releases and marketing strategies.
  • Support international expansion by localising key customer journey elements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and new digital technologies.

CRM & EDM:

  • Own end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, including segmentation, content creation, QA, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop automated lifecycle journeys (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, and more) to drive retention and LTV.
  • Manage customer database segmentation for targeted campaigns across EDM and SMS.
  • Define and report on CRM KPIs in partnership with the Head of Digital.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and compliance with GDPR/CCPA standards.
  • Run structured A/B tests across campaigns to continuously improve performance.
  • Explore integration opportunities between CRM and paid media channels for maximum impact.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing and eCommerce experience, ideally in fashion.
  • Proven Shopify experience (2-5 years).
  • Hands-on Klaviyo CRM/EDM management, including segmentation and automation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, heatmapping tools, and project management software or JIRA).
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AP21, SearchSpring, or Style Arcade.
  • Excel proficiency and copywriting skills.
  • SMS marketing experience (Klaviyo SMS, Attentive).
  • Experience integrating CRM with paid media channels.
  • Exposure to loyalty program management.
