Seafolly are looking for a **Marketing Manager - Global** to join the Marketing Team to continue building a global brand presence for Seafolly and JETS in key international markets
**You will**:
**Global Marketing & Communications - Media, PR, Wholesale.**
- Develop Marketing strategies and tailored communication plans to drive sales and traffic to international websites and wholesale partners.
- Create seasonal marketing plans to support key international markets.
- Adapt communications across owned channels to international markets - EDM, Social, Website.
- Ensure campaigns are localised for relevance to international markets.
- Drive brand reach and reputation by creating and managing the global PR strategy.
- Appoint PR agencies to partner with in key international markets to grow brand reach and reputation.
- Establish the strategic marketing direction for the Wholesale channel in key markets in partnership with major accounts.
- Manage relationships with Wholesale accounts to deliver localised marketing initiatives including marketing campaign implementation, in-store executions and event activations.
- Oversee the creation and sharing of seasonal GTM plans, creative assets, usage guidelines and seasonal expectations for wholesale partners.
- Partner with international Sales Agents to leverage co-op initiatives ideate and execute database acquisition initiatives for international markets.
- Build annual global marketing budget, reconcile EOM budgets, and sign off invoices
- Ensure all activities remain under annual budget, and savings are reallocated and strategically spent.
**Digital Marketing**
- Lead the strategy and implementation of digital campaigns for brand and performance (Search, Display, Prospecting, Retargeting, Paid social and Affiliate Marketing) in conjunction with Digital Marketing Agencies.
- Continually test and optimise performance.
- Achieve benchmark ROAS across all digital platforms.
- Increase traffic to websites through acquisition activities.
- Complete campaign analysis and reports with data-driven insights and improvement initiatives.
- Manage digital marketing calendar to ensure seamless omnichannel activity.
- Manage marketing coordinator in briefing assets to Graphics Team and delivering to external agencies.
- Manage marketing coordinator in weekly reporting of KPIs, budget and performance across digital channels.
- Manage Digital Marketing Agency partners.
- Manage affiliate agencies
**Loyalty**
- Create tailored rewards programs by market to achieve maximum customer lifetime value.
- Recruit customers through tailored database acquisition strategies by market.
- Work with CRM manager to optimise automated communications and retain Beach Club customers.
- Drive increased purchase value, frequency and lifetime value of customers across retail and ecommerce channels.
- Nurture most valuable Gold Sun members and maximise spend.
**You have**:
- Proven experience as a high performing marketing & communications assistant manager
- Strong and inspiring people management skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with a wide range of internal and external clients.
- An ability to multitask and preform under tight deadlines.
- Media and PR relationships in Australia
- a love of budgeting and planning
- Copy Writing / Press Release / Social Strategy experience
