Marketing Assistant

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible)

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts across campaigns, content, and eCommerce. You'll be joining a fast-growing beauty brand and working alongside a collaborative, fun team that values creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 6–12 months of experience or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the beauty/eCommerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital campaigns across social, email, influencer, and paid media
  • Support internal campaign coordination, asset collection, and timeline management
  • Help create moodboards, messaging, and campaign documentation
  • Assist with organising influencer seeding, product gifting, and content creator partnerships
  • Maintain influencer databases and track collaborations
  • Support photoshoots and videoshoots as needed
  • Liaise with creative and content teams to ensure briefs are clear and deadlines are met
  • Maintain folders and organise assets across campaigns
  • Join marketing team meetings and take notes or assist with follow-up actions

Ideal Skills & Traits

  • 6–12 months of marketing, social media, admin, or eCommerce experience (internships welcome)
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, or Shopify is a plus (training can be provided)
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Creative eye with interest in beauty, content, and trends (especially TikTok/Instagram)
  • Self-starter who's eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment
