**Primary Focus**:
Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager Tapestry ANZ, the Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant supports the local marketing team in executing ecommerce and marketing strategies and initiatives for Coach and Kate Spade in Australia & New Zealand

This is a Full time 12 month contract starting in October 2024 based at our head office in Alexandria, Sydney.

**Roles and responsibilities include**:

- Assist with the maintenance of the marketing and online image library including downloading imagery and digital marketing materials from Brand parent libraries, renaming images, transferring, re-formatting and testing of images for ecommerce sites.
- Arranging image retouching, liaising with graphic designer & product team on an Ad Hoc basis, as well as record keeping (ensuring relevant image check reports are run and recorded).
- Assist with Ecommerce marketing as required (image and copy request, image purchase, maintaining image library, renaming, transferring and testing images etc.)
- Assist with the preparation of the online product master data file. Including completing product enrichment from global files. Checking of all products, descriptions, copywriting, product features and product images for accuracy.
- Assist with PR agency sample request and provide support and management of inventory lists
- Assist with shopping center brand communication, including updates, assets, promotions submission etc.

**Skills and Attributions**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 12 months of relevant professional marketing/ecommerce experience - luxury brands, retail, cosmetics or consumer goods industry preferred.
- Ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced work environment.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, work in a collaborative team and independently
- strong verbal and and written communication skills.
