**About the Role**

Krispy Kreme is in a very exciting phase with strong plans for growth across all channels, markets and products. Reporting to the Marketing Brand & Innovation Manager, the Marketing & Campaign Executive will bring our campaigns to life by effectively managing product development, marketing campaigns, advertising partnerships, and communication channels across our omni channel business in Australia & New Zealand.

This role will be the linchpin between marketing, operations, and commercial. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Design, Event Management, and eCommerce teams as well as other key internal and external stakeholders to bring our brand to life through excellent product development and campaign execution. The role will see you drive output by effectively managing multiple project timelines and acting as a collaborative team-player. You will also be the key point of contact with brand partners and agencies who help bring our campaigns to life.

**Task**

Every day at Krispy Kreme presents different challenges and while you will need to be flexible and adaptable to meet them all, there are some tasks that will form the backbone of your work in this role:

- Manage day-to-day product development, including NPD briefing, timeline management, product reviews, internal product presentations & brand product presentations
- Manage consumer testing of new concepts with agencies
- Input into the marketing calendar with consumer tested concepts
- Research key sweet treat trends & insight to help drive product decisions
- Execute end-to-end data-driven marketing plans for all campaigns across all channels in ANZ to deliver the agreed marketing KPIs
- Manage campaign development by consulting with key stakeholders to establish KPIs, prepare campaign briefs, set project plans, brief agencies, review creative and present recommendations
- Drive campaign implementation through day-to-day management of agencies, suppliers, and partners, plus coordinating creative, production, data selections/extracts, stakeholder signoffs, as well as continuous performance forecasting and reporting
- Build and manage effective partnerships with marketing, manufacturing and commercial teams, as well as strategic partners, marketing agencies and suppliers
- Complete post campaign reviews reporting on relevant product, marketing, sales and retail operations data and results to inform insights and strategies to improve product development and marketing execution.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Commerce or relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant brand or marketing experience
- Marketing experience within the FMCG/Retail industry or within an agency environment managing relevant or similar accounts is desired
- Experience in digital marketing, product development, and delivering marketing campaigns is desired.
