**About this role**

The Marketing team is responsible for bringing to life the story of Coco Republic, working with beautiful products, and developing assets to incite a lifestyle. Fostering team collaboration is key to creating a unified vision for the go-to-market strategy. The Digital and CRM Executive will be responsible for the execution of customer-led and digital strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team. Building and maintaining strong working cross-functional relationships is critical to this role with a strong emphasis on the execution of the predefined campaign and promotional strategies.

As the CRM Executive you will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams. You will lead our CRM, working with beautiful products and assets daily. This is a hands-on role responsible for optimising and implementing customer-led marketing strategies.

**What you’ll do**
- Champion Hubspot with strong cross-function collaboration
- Manage CRM workflow builds and customer-led communications
- Manage database health, CRM platform set-up and integrations
- Set-up and management of all customer audiences on HubSpot
- Drive Coco Club database growth and lead capture via HubSpot forms, website pop-ups and landing pages
- Conduct regular A/B testing to optimise campaign performance
- Strong focus on analysing data
- Support with ad hoc responsibilities as required

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a CRM role with a technical background
- Familiarity in CRM workflow build, audience segmentation, maintenance and optimisation
- Understanding of HubSpot is highly preferred
- Strong capabilities in analytics and data interpretation
- Strong attention to detail, and organisation skills
- Passion for luxury lifestyle goods
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience (In-house experience and agency experience is relevant)
