About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, you'll manage a well-established territory and work closely with architects, designers, and builders to develop specifications and deliver projects from concept through to completion.

Your focus will be on building relationships, providing design-led product solutions, and identifying new business opportunities across the architectural and construction landscape.

This is a role where design sensibility meets commercial drive — perfect for someone who loves being at the intersection of creativity and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a strong existing client portfolio while developing new opportunities.
  • Engage with architects, designers, and builders to drive product specification and selection.
  • Deliver presentations, samples, and design consultations to key stakeholders.
  • Track major projects and influence material selections early in the design process.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and market insights.
  • Collaborate closely with estimating, logistics, and technical support teams to deliver outstanding service.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within architectural finishes, building materials, or interior/exterior products.
  • Existing relationships within the architecture, design, or construction community (highly desirable).
  • Ability to read plans/specs and discuss design and technical product applications confidently.
  • Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
  • A consultative, relationship-driven approach — not just transactional selling.
  • A genuine interest in architecture, design, and construction innovation.
