Designer Doorware is a leading Australian manufacturer of premium architectural hardware. With a reputation for design innovation and quality craftsmanship, we proudly partner with architects, designers, builders, and homeowners across Australia and internationally.

We are seeking a confident and driven Showroom & Architectural Sales Consultant to join our Richmond team. This role combines showroom sales with the opportunity to develop into architectural account management. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations in our Richmond showroom.

  • Build strong client relationships with architects, designers, builders, and retail customers.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.

  • Conduct showroom consultations, presentations, and product demonstrations.

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience (showroom, retail, or account management).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organised with excellent time management.

  • Ability to identify opportunities and close sales effectively.

  • Interest or background in architecture design and hardware is highly regarded.
