Flooring Sales Representatives

We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Sales, Business Development & Project Manager to join our team. This role requires someone with strong experience in both commercial and domestic flooring, capable of managing end-to-end project and sales cycles while actively driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial flooring space.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to quoting, closing, and delivery.
- Conduct accurate take-offs and estimations for flooring projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional follow-up and communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely project execution.
- Stay informed on product knowledge, trends, and innovations in the industry.
Business Development & Project Management
- Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities in line with company goals.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and online platforms.
- Provide market feedback to influence strategy and business development initiatives.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and key milestones to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers across all project phases.
- Ensure strict quality control and risk mitigation at every stage of project execution.
Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)
- Experience operating a forklift and handling flooring product deliveries such as carpet rolls and vinyl is a bonus.
- If you hold a forklift license or have relevant experience, please let us know in your application.
You are required to have
- Proven experience in both domestic and commercial flooring industries.
- Strong project management and sales skills, with a track record of delivering results.
- Confident in quoting, estimating, and managing full project lifecycles.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and excellent at relationship-building.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to exceed targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
