Key responsibilities
As the primary point of contact for the company's independent dealer network, you will manage relationships, support sales, and provide product knowledge to ensure dealers have everything they need to succeed.
- Manage a network of 30-40 independent retail dealers across Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, and Western Australia.
- Support dealer displays, promotional offers, and point-of-sale support to drive sales.
- Liaise with internal marketing and logistics teams to ensure dealers are fully equipped.
- Identify opportunities to grow the dealer base in both metro and regional areas.
- Work closely with the Head of Business Development & Marketing to deliver on commercial targets.

Your skills and experience
- Proven background in sales, account, or territory management.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel interstate.
- Strong communication skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Confident using digital tools and well-organised in your approach.

- Experience with hardware retailers, appliance dealers, or lifestyle product distributors.
- Familiarity with seasonal product cycles and working across multiple categories.
- Proven ability to manage and grow independent or regional retail client relationships.
