About the Role

As Executive Assistant, you will be central to the smooth running of our executive and governance functions. Your work will include:

  • Proactively managing the CEO's diary, correspondence, and meetings.
  • Coordinating executive and Board meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Supporting project management and administrative initiatives, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Assisting with marketing, communications, and campaign coordination.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with integrity.
  • You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to streamline processes and enhance executive efficiency across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrator supporting executives or boards.
  • Exceptional organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • High-level attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Strong professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

Desirable

  • Experience in education, OSHC, or not-for-profit sectors.
  • Familiarity with marketing, communications, or social media coordination.
  • Experience supporting governance processes, including Board meeting preparation and minute-taking.
