What you’ll contribute to

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our regional marketing initiatives, customer engagement activities, and dealership support programs. Your dynamic efforts will ensure our marketing campaigns hit the mark, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll join our Field Operations division, overseeing Regional Offices and Franchise Development to build a sustainable Dealer network. Regional Offices drive the performance of 200 Dealers across 300 sites in Australia, focusing on sales, fleet management, finance, marketing, parts, servicing, training, and customer retention. Franchise Development enhances Dealer operations and profitability by building capability, expanding capacity, and implementing market strategies.

This is a max term opportunity until August 2026 based at Acacia Ridge

How you’ll make an impact- Implement Regional Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing goals and regional objectives.- Develop and Roll Out Events: Assist in organizing regional events, sponsorships, and community activations to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Coordinate logistics, promotion, and post-event evaluations to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes.- Monitor Customer Feedback: Track customer feedback through surveys, social media, and direct communications. Identify pain points and areas for improvement, and assist in implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with CX teams to ensure customer-centric initiatives are continuously improved.- Coordinate Dealership Marketing Activities: Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and regional strategies by providing dealerships with marketing materials, promotional assets, and creative support. Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across dealership touchpoints.- Report on Analytics: Support regular reporting on marketing campaign performance, customer satisfaction, and dealership initiatives. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports for internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Degree in Marketing or commerce or equivalent experience.- Previous Sales and Marketing experience- Understanding of the Dealer network is desirable.
