**What this opportunity involves**:
You’ll be responsible for driving all marketing related activity for a dynamic retail asset portfolio in Brisbane, based from Bracken Ridge. We can support flexible work arrangements (centre management office and ho, with the expectation to travel to other sites within the portfolio when needed.

A snapshot of the role;
Producing media and advertising requirements in line with our marketing plan. Manage website content, social media (Facebook), EDM platform and customer databases and follow JLL brand guidelines

Plan and execute campaigns which deliver a high level of engagement and data acquisition across digital channels to integrate in centre activations to support campaigns

Report on consumer insights and translate into strategies and tactics to be implemented as part of the annual marketing strategy

Prepare sales forecasting as required including percentage rent. Review and analyse sales comparing with industry benchmarks

Develop, prepare and execute annual marketing plans, calendars and budgets

Assist Centre Managers to support critical retailers as required through marketing assistance and actively support new retailers through marketing assistance in launch phase

Sound like you?

To be successful, you will have a proven track record in a similar position combined with tertiary qualifications within a related field.

You also have retail/ shopping centre property marketing experience with a demonstrated ability in developing and delivering high quality, effective and creative marketing, brand and positioning strategies and solutions.

You will be collaborative with superiors, peers and clients, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in digital, social media, planning, campaign and event management will also be needed.
