We are recruiting a** School Administrator **to commence at our **YMCA Vocational School: Brisbane South Junior Campus **which is located in** Acacia Ridge, QLD. **This position is for a** 12-month fixed-term, full time basis. **ABOUT THE POSITION** Working as part of the YMCA Vocational School staff team, you will be responsible for the reception and administrative functions of the YMCA Vocational School. You will be the face of the YMCA Vocational School and will be required to communicate professionally and effectively with students, their parents/carers and all other YMCA Vocational School staff. The responsibilities of a** School Administrator** will include, however are not limited to: - Provide administrative assistance and executive support to the Business Services Manager and Head of School - Maintain accurate student files and office records, assist with data collection and WH&S tasks - General reception duties, including answering enquires and scheduling meetings - Basic accounting and reporting duties. **ABOUT YOU** The ideal applicant will be looking for a challenge, a strong interest in the development of the holistic person, a personal interest in health and fitness, spirituality, personal wellbeing, values and ongoing professional development.
