MRT is expanding, and we need a driven National Support Team Member to support our branches nationwide.

Your Impact:

  • Provide accurate and timely support for orders, invoicing, and dispatch.
  • Assist with overflow sales and customer enquiries across phone, email, and social media.
  • Check quotes, assist the sales team with technical checks, ensure accuracy, and help the sales team deliver exceptional results.
  • Be the "go-to" expert for MRT products – guiding customers and team members alike.

What You'll Bring:

  • Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and a knack for organisation.
  • Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Customer service experience (retail, wholesale, or call centre a bonus).
  • A genuine interest in automotive products and 4x4 solutions.

Based in Yatala, QLD – easy access from Brisbane or the Gold Coast. Full-time role Mon to Fri 8:30 – 5:00, and alternate Sat 9:00 to 1:00.
