Your new company

A well known and reputable manufacturing and landscaping organisation based on the Northern end of the Gold Coast. Due to their continued success, an administrator is required to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your new role

As their administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • First point of contact, answering incoming calls and responding to enquiries
  • Assisting with quotes and product recommendations
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Entering and processing sales orders
  • Scheduling pick-ups and deliveries
  • Data entry and general administration support to the team

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful as their administrator, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an administration, customer service or internal sales position (minimum 12 months)
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work well in a team and autonomously
  • A positive attitude and work ethic
