Cranfield Recruitment are working with a growing manufacturing company based in Yatala who are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop their existing sales team of seven.

This is a brand-new position created due to continued business growth and increasing product demand. It's a fantastic opportunity to step into a newly established leadership role and make a real impact on the direction of the sales function

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of seven sales staff
  • Driving sales initiatives and setting clear targets and KPIs
  • Creating new strategies, ideas, and incentive programs to boost performance
  • Collaborating with the wider business on marketing initiatives and growth strategies
  • Supporting a people-first culture, ensuring strong communication, motivation, and team cohesion

About You

We are looking for a strong people manager who can bring energy, leadership, and commercial insight to the team. Ideally, you will have:

  • Proven experience managing and growing a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to implement strategies that drive sales and strengthen customer relationships
  • Exposure to manufacturing or industrial sales is highly regarded
