We are a high performing team looking for a Customer Service and Sales Consultant to work within our contact centre / office located in Yatala.

About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy home improvement (Turf and Landscape) company and make an immediate impact in Customer Service and Sales.

We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales professional with contact centre experience who is success driven and highly motivated.

You will be responding to online enquiries and handling in-coming calls to provide quotes & close sales with customers, provide updates on project deliveries and setting appointments for our sales team. The role will also be responsible for outbound lead management and appointment setting with commercial and residential clients from our extensive database.

Clear and achievable goals are in place so you can finish each day knowing you have been successful and made a positive impact on the business.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Fantastic attitude who acts with passion and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional results
  • Experience providing high level customer service in a contact centre environment essential
  • Telephone / contact centre Sales (Inbound and Outbound) experience essential
  • Experience providing sales quotes and closing sales over the phone with clients essential
  • Experience providing prompt scheduling updates to clients highly regarded
  • Appointment setting for in-home sales representative experience highly regarded
  • You enjoy closing leads and setting appointments
  • MS Office and CRM experience essential
  • Must enjoy sharing a well-appointed office with our company dog Coco.
