Responsibilities

  • Oversee the auction cycle for IAA auctions, ensuring smooth administration and customer support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer queries, providing timely resolutions.
  • Manage and process customer records, including contracts, titles, and state-required documents.
  • Resolve customer escalations, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with sales tax collection and exemption requirements.
  • Support accounts receivable reconciliation and related finance tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and taxation offices.
  • Maintain auction systems and data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, remarketing, and operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn and master new systems.
  • Experience in accounts receivable, reconciliation, sales tax collection, or DMV document processing is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
