About the role

As the Scheduling Team Leader at OneCrew Trade Services, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising the scheduling of our field-based trade crews. This full-time position is based in Yatala, Queensland and will see you leading a team of scheduling coordinators to ensure our technicians are deployed efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and manage a team of scheduling coordinators, providing mentorship and guidance to optimise their performance
  • Oversee tasks, communication with clients, the daily scheduling and dispatch of trade crews to job sites, balancing workload, skill requirements and customer priorities.
  • Develop and implement scheduling processes and systems to improve productivity and customer service
  • Analyse scheduling data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assisting with Problems on site and Helping with Material Origination
  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales and operations to align scheduling with business objectives
  • Foster a positive team culture and provide support to ensure your team is motivated and engaged

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience in a scheduling or planning role within a customer service or field operations environment
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team
  • Experience managing teams of 10-25 people
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise scheduling and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and tools to drive efficiency and data-driven decision making
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
