About the Role:

As the Administrative Officer – Operating Suite, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient management of clients within a designated clinical service area. You will act as a key communication link between the ward, medical practitioners, and other hospital services, ensuring information flows smoothly and accurately. With a strong focus on customer service, you will support staff, patients, and their families by maintaining high standards of professionalism and care. In this vital position, you will also provide significant administrative support to senior nursing staff, contributing to the effective coordination and delivery of high-quality health services.

About You:

  • Current South Australian Drivers Licence and a willingness to drive government vehicles as required.
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly an advance level of ability in MS Word, MS Excel and ability to learn other relevant information systems and processes.
