Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and welcoming reception area
- Provide high-level administrative and front-of-house support to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office requirements as needed
- Manage courier arrangements (local and international)
- Update and maintain documentation and records
- Deliver general administrative and ad hoc support as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a receptionist role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving ability
- A proactive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Confidence working independently while managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A polished phone manner and the ability to stay calm under pressure
