About the Role:

Are you an experiencedRetail Service Provider (RSP) Manager looking for your next challenge? Join our dynamic team in Melbourne or Sydney, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue and Products Officer.

We're seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional to manage and support a portfolio of Retail Service Providers (RSPs), helping them succeed in their day-to-day operations and drive activations across the Opticomm network. This role plays a key part in aligning with broader business strategy and operational targets, while also acting as a strong advocate for the RSP community within the organisation. You'll be responsible for fostering effective communication, promoting activation growth, and ensuring all interactions are compliant with the relevant regulatory framework, including upholding non-discrimination obligations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Actively drive activations and support the delivery of Opticomm-led marketing initiatives to the RSP community
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with RSPs, becoming a key advisor to major accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Provide timely and relevant reporting to RSPs, covering operational and sales metrics, performance insights, and market trends
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for RSPs, managing ongoing operational issues, escalations, special projects, and complex requests outside the scope of BAU support teams
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Opticomm's product suite and proactively recommend solutions that align with RSP needs and opportunities
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience for RSPs, ensuring high satisfaction and consistent engagement
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve escalations efficiently and provide insights into operational improvements
  • Support the onboarding process for new RSPs, ensuring a smooth and effective transition into the network
  • Monitor industry developments and competitive activity to provide strategic insights that help shape business direction
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in customer engagement and telecommunications technology

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the telecommunications industry
  • At least 3 years' experience in carrier or partner engagement
  • Experience in the wholesale channel is highly regarded, though not essential
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications technology; experience with GPON is preferred
