We have an exciting new opportunity at nbn for a Manager Product Roadmap Planning and Innovation, reporting to the Executive Manager Customer Roadmap & Innovation.

A bit about your role

As the Manager, you will assist in the development and implementation of the Customer Roadmap. This will see you play a pivotal role in steering the product development lifecycle—from ideation through to successful market launch. You will oversee the prioritisation of initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with corporate strategy and delivering outcomes that resonate with our customers. This role involves promoting not just the technology behind nbn (Fibre, Hybrid Fibre, FWA, Satellite) but also its innovative capabilities.

You will guide the governance of the customer roadmap, supporting a structured Go-To-Market process and championing continuous improvement in product development practices. This includes refining processes to create clear, actionable plans that empower RSPs (Retail Service Providers) and drive the evolution from individual product launches to integrated, strategic delivery. You will also work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the product strategy aligns with corporate objectives, achieving tangible business outcomes and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

A bit about you

To be successful in this role you will have an exemplary track record within product/category and Customer Experience (CX) management, set within a rounded understanding of the Telco industry and consumer landscape ideally. Your background in channel enablement and go-to-market strategies ensures successful product rollouts that will exceed customers’ expectations and drive business success.

You excel at strategic thinking, balancing big-picture planning with meticulous attention to detail. Your ability to inspire change and champion innovation is matched by your knack for fostering influential relationships across all levels of the organisation. With a deep understanding of customer experience, you bring a customer-first mindset that shapes every decision and strategy. Your keen awareness of industry trends and competitor activities allows you to provide invaluable market intelligence that informs innovation.
