Roles & Responsibilities

Augment existing resources in real time to support the customer Emergency Management (EM) function

Co-ordinate and assist technical staff/customer to manage Emergency events effectively

Coordinate Field Walk outs to survey an impacted area for damage

Determine permanent repair, rehab or rebuild activities options

Collate Network Management insurance artefacts and present into EM Insurance for potential cost recovery

Advise RSPs of the issuance, update, or closure of a RONI (Risk Of Network Impact) or FME (Force Majeure Event)

Prepare Emergency Management Support reports
