**ABOUT OUR CLIENT**

Our client is one of Australia's fasted growing privately owned fibre to premises operators. They provide ultra-fast broadband services in high density residential and commercial areas.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting through to the CEO and CFO, as Head of Sales you will drive the stellar sales performance across the fibre network to residential, commercial and enterprise customers. You will own the sales outcome of the business and work closely with the Marketing team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Develop and execute sales strategies for different market segments in line with the company’s strategy;
- Develop and set sales targets for new customers, disconnections and ARPU;
- Develop new routes to market including for inter-state buildings/networks;
- Develop strategies to maximise upsell opportunities and ARPU for new and existing customers
- Create, implement, and manage processes and procedures including CRM in-line with best practice methodology;
- Develop a sales approach for in-bound sales call enquiries and negotiate contracts to facilitate sales activity;
- Develop and maintain relationships with buildings managers and body corporations;
- Provide input into pricing and develop and implement promotions;
- Define, lead and manage the sales organisation resources required to be successful to achieve the annual sales growth targets;
- Ensure regular team meetings to communicate key sales and business messages and bring in updates from other key stakeholders as needed.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess at least 5 years’ experience as a business leader, with experience in telecom, ISP, RSP, MSP is preferable;
- B2B sales experience is preferable but not mandatory and extensive CRM experience highly regarded;
- High level strategic sales and profit planning, thinking and multi-tasking skills and abilities;
- Exceptional sales and customer relationship skills and a strong understanding channel strategies, brand and product marketing;
- Proven experience developing sales processes and controls to achieve high growth scale-up;
- Must have excellent attention to detail and the passion to continually improve;
- Mature and sophisticated leadership, relationship, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Disciplined planning, organising, prioritizing and time management skills;
- Excellent financial, analytical and sales forecasting skills;
- High level written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong capability, with overall general business experience and skills to contribute across all sales disciplines, and other areas of the business.
