Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
Are you passionate about building strong partnerships and driving operational excellence?
In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of Retail Service Providers (RSPs), helping them thrive on Opticomm's wholesale network. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience, acting as the operational bridge between our partners and the business to deliver seamless service and continuous improvement. With a strong focus on collaboration, performance, and compliance, you'll ensure every interaction aligns with regulatory standards, including upholding our commitment to non-discrimination. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with Retail Service Providers (RSPs) and develop trusted advisor status with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Provide relevant reporting to RSPs, including operational metrics, performance insights, and market trends
- Serve as the primary contact for ongoing RSP operational issues, managing escalations, special projects, and ad hoc requests that fall outside of business-as-usual operations
- Take ownership of RSP billing enquiries, including rebate requests and billing dispute resolution
- Deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience, ensuring RSPs feel supported and valued
- Liaise with internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues, share feedback, and drive continuous improvement
- Assist in the smooth and effective onboarding of new RSPs, ensuring a positive start to the partnership
- Actively monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to help inform business strategy
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in customer engagement and evolving telecommunications technologies

Essential Experience:
- 3 years' experience in the telecommunications industry
- 3 years' experience in in carrier or partner engagement
- High-level knowledge of telecommunications technology, GPON preferable
