Zoomlion Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to lead and expand our agricultural equipment sales across Australia. This is a key role within our team as we grow our footprint in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and brand presence
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with dealers, distributors and end-users
  • Manage and support existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs and competitor activities
  • Provide product feedback and insights to internal teams to support continuous improvement
  • Represent the company at trade shows, field days and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal departments including technical, logistics and marketing
  • Travel across Australia to support sales efforts and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Minimum of five years experience in agricultural equipment sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of the Australian agriculture industry and machinery market
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
