Role Description
This is a contract role for a Business Development Manager. The role is hybrid, based in Melbourne, VIC, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation. You'll also conduct market research, develop business strategies, and collaborate with the project and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management is essential. 
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are crucial. 
- Ability to conduct market research and develop business strategies is a plus. 
- Understanding of the Construction and Property Development industry is beneficial. 
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth is preferred. 
- Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential. 
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 
- 3+ years of experience in Melbourne is the most desirable.**
