Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Melbourne, VIC. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Additional tasks include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in market research and identifying new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management
  • Ability to develop and implement growth strategies
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools
  • Experience in the cold storage or logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
