  • Salary: $100k - $120k base + super + comms

Kaliba are on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to join a Melbourne based MSP. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. Previous experience in IT/MSP sales is a must have.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales or BD role (tech/MSP experience a bonus)
  • Ability to win new business / hunter mentality
  • A willingness to learn, develop, and take initiative
  • Experience working with CRM tools and basic reporting
