Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves researching market trends, developing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Skills in Market Research, Strategy Development, and Competitive Analysis
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 150k + commision
